Erin McKenna is the founder and owner of BabyCakes NYC, a bakery specializing in gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free baked goods. BabyCakes was established in New York's Lower East Side in 2005 and now has locations in Los Angeles and Orlando's Downtown Disney.
BabyCakes NYC was crowned with the prestigious Best Cupcake award in 2006 from New York magazine and then Best Donuts in 2009.
Erin has been a guest on Martha Stewart Television, Good Morning America, Food Network and Cooking Channel and has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle and O, the Oprah Magazine.
With 2 best-selling cookbooks (and another due out in Fall 2014) under her belt, an app, and more stores to come, Erin continues to build her brand on every platform known to humankind.
