Support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

About Childhood Cancer Awareness Month:

Support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

Each September, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month brings communities across the country together to turn awareness into action.

Gold is the official color of childhood cancer awareness, symbolizing the strength, courage and resilience of children facing cancer. Throughout September, businesses, schools, families and individuals can show their support by wearing gold, hosting events, adding a gold bow to their front doors and raising funds for critical research for new, improved and less toxic treatments for kids fighting cancer.

Childhood cancer remains the No. 1 disease killer of children in the U.S., yet research for childhood cancer treatments remains underfunded. By supporting Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, you can help create visible, collective momentum — pairing awareness with meaningful fundraising to help move research forward.
