These Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch cookies are inspired by Tough Cookie Easton. To honor Easton and celebrate her life, these sweet cookies feature her favorite color—pink—on the bright ribbon and a gift card sharing her story. If you are a fan of Almond Joys (the famed Mars candy bar) and even if you aren't, you will flip for this cookie’s sensational chewy texture and added nutty crunch. We start with toasted almonds diced to the perfect size and then add a pile of award-winning Guittard Chocolate Chunks followed by fresh shredded coconut. Beware: this combination is known to be addictive.

Ingredients

Pure cane sugars, unbleached wheat flour, Guittard semi-sweet chocolate, almonds, butter, palm oil, eggs, shredded coconut, grape juice, rice dextrins, milk, natural coconut flavor, sea salt, baking soda.
