These tart and tangy variations of the classic sugar cookie are inspired by Tough Cookie Lucas, who was diagnosed at the age of 6 with Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. These cookies honor Lucas’s grit, heart, and the fierce determination he’s shown since day one. A bundle of energy and empathy, Lucas is just as happy elbow-deep in Play-Doh as he is curled up watching Spider-Man.

INGREDIENTS

Unbleached wheat flour, pure cane sugar, butter, eggs, pure lemon extract, milk, baking powder, sea salt.

Cookies are baked and shipped Monday - Thursday each week. All orders placed by 11 a.m. EST will be baked and shipped by the following day. All orders placed AFTER 11 a.m. EST on Thursdays will be baked and shipped the following Monday.
