Calling All Collegiates: Make a Difference with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer

A new semester always brings a sense of possibility. Spring especially feels like a reset, a chance to try something new and explore what kind of impact you want to make on your campus. Getting involved doesn’t have to feel like a huge commitment or something reserved for people who already see themselves as leaders. It can start small, grow naturally and give you more confidence than you expect.

One of the most rewarding ways to dive deeper into your community this spring is through volunteering. At Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, we provide simple ways to get involved, boost your resume and make a difference for kids everywhere.

How to Get Started

If you want to host a bake sale or tabling event on your campus, we’re here to help every step of the way. Our team provides easy, ready-to-use resources so you feel supported from your first idea through the final donation. We offer guidance on how to secure a location, promote your event and share the story behind Cookies for Kids’ Cancer in a way that feels natural for you. Whether it’s your first time organizing something or you’re building on experience, we’ll help make your fundraiser smooth, fun and meaningful for your campus community.

You can take on this challenge in whatever way feels right for you. Host a fundraiser on your own, bring a few friends together to help or serve as the liaison between Cookies for Kids’ Cancer and your on-campus organization that wants to add a philanthropy component to its work. No matter your approach, you’ll play an important role in bringing awareness to pediatric cancer and creating opportunities for your campus community to get involved in something meaningful.

Throughout the Fall 2025 semester, we had over 20 colleges participate in our college campaign. From Oregon to Massachusetts, we had college students involved in making a tangible difference and rallying their campuses to support kids fighting cancer. Their dedication helped fuel critical research and brought hope to families who need it most.
