2025 Goals: Teamwork Truly Does Make the Cookies Dream Work
Team Cookies for Kids' Cancer team is excited to kick off the New Year with big goals! Together, we’re focused on helping more families fight childhood cancer by reaching out to new communities, expanding fundraising efforts, as well as improving and innovating grassroots support services.
Take a look at what the team counted as their goals as we look towards 2025:
Gretchen, Co-Founder and Executive Director: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that empowers everyone to achieve their individual goals that, in turn, make the team successful. Share stories of our impact to show how Cookies is an effective steward of donor dollars and prides itself on being results-driven. Kids and families need us to be.
Gayla, Chief Revenue Officer: Empower and motivate the team to continue to take ownership of their respective departments, effectively divide and conquer tasks, and ultimately generate $5 million in revenue for childhood cancer research!
Abigail, Marketing and Communications Coordinator: Continue growing our social media platforms while focusing on spreading awareness in the Midwest.
Linda, Donor Relations Manager: Build stronger connections with our donors and show them the real impact their contributions are making in the lives of children battling cancer.
Caroline, Marketing Projects and Campaigns Coordinator: To strengthen our campaign efforts and expand our reach throughout the year. Specifically targeting growth in the first three quarters of the year.
Rachel, Senior Editor / Head of Public Relations: Secure local or national media coverage to spotlight the impactful work of both individuals and our organization, while sharing and identifying stories that highlight the needs surrounding pediatric cancer.
Colleen, Cookie Programs and Special Projects Manager: Host more packaging events with corporate cookie partners to strengthen relationships and expand our impact through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
Beth, Community Outreach Manager: Share with anyone and everyone that being a Good Cookie gives HOPE and time to childhood cancer fighters worldwide. TOGETHERNESS is the key.
Emily, Development Coordinator: Increase awareness of Cookies for Kids' Cancer by engaging new and returning school communities to create meaningful partnerships with students and schools across the United States to help fund more research.
Marissa, Community Engagement Director: To expand bake sales across the country, increasing their frequency and impact, while strengthening relationships with our bake hosts to build a nationwide community dedicated to supporting childhood cancer research.
