Scott cultivated his passion for pastry and baking through years of rigorous training and honing his skills at esteemed culinary institutions such as Bouchon Bakery, Café Boulud, and Lincoln Ristorante, as well as Gordon Ramsay at The London NYC. Most recently as Executive Pastry Chef he has opened Park Hyatt New York, helmed Bien Cuit in Brooklyn and currently works for Jean-Georges management. He brings a unique culinary perspective combining the occasional childhood nostalgia and traditional baking methods all while incorporating innovative flavors executed with French technique
