Theo has had the honor of working at some of the best bars and restaurants in New York City. Before shifting his focus to wine, Theo held the role of head bartender of both Milk & Honey and Eleven Madison Park. In 2015, he served as the Head Sommelier at Compagnie in Soho and the Wine Director at 232 Bleecker. Three years ago, Theo joined Delicious Hospitality as Beverage Director - overseeing programs across multiple properties and through several brand partnerships. This November, Theo will be joining the WineCredit team as Fine Wine & Spirits Specialist. He has been published in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and awarded Zagat, 30 Under 30 and Best New Sommelier for Wine & Spirits Magazine.
