Robin Goodrich

Robin is the owner and recipe developer of Red's Scratch Made in Mooresville, NC, a bakery specializing in cookies and soft serve ice cream. While not traditionally trained, she has been baking cookies since she can remember and enjoys nothing more than an extensive baking experiment. After spending years at a desk feeling unfulfilled, she began studying cookie science online and testing to create the perfect cookie. Robin and her team love making their customers' days a little bit sweeter.
