Sam Chappelle

Sam Chappelle is a pastry chef and former statistician from Boston. A CIA graduate, he's worked in kitchens and bakeshops all over since 2015. In Buenos Aires, Argentina, he met his spouse, Yerman, while catering events at the city's embassies and hotels. Years later they moved to Charlotte and, after finding the city lacked the laminated pastries they both love, opened Vicente - a scratch bakery offering the highest quality Viennoiserie from classic to modern. His pride and joy, aside from the bakery, is his five year old Portuguese Water Dog, Dolly.
