Prior to Blue Apron, John was the Executive Chef at Franny’s, a renowned Italian restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn. Before making the move to mastering the art of cooking in a woof fired oven, John worked at both Per Se and Blue Hill at Stone Barns as well as in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Spain and England. John lives in New Jersey with his wife and three adorable children.
