Gabriel Pascuzzi is the chef and owner behind several acclaimed Portland restaurants. A Portland native raised in an Italian American family, he earned his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales before training at top kitchens like Noma, Colicchio & Sons, and DB Bistro Moderne. He returned home to open Stacked Sandwich Shop, Bistecca, and more—and was named Eater Portland’s Chef of the Year in 2017.
