Emily Hall
Emily Hall grew up in Hackettstown,NJ. After studying Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales, Emily was hired as a Pastry Sous Chef at Barbara Lynch’s flagship Boston restaurant Menton. She moved to New York to join the pastry team at Eleven Madison Park, where she worked under Renata Ameni as a lead pastry cook. After leaving New York, she worked at 42 Grams in Chicago as a Sous Chef and Pastry Chef retaining two Michelin stars. Emily returned to New York to take the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Gunter Seeger Restaurant, where she was named “Talent to Watch” by Eater’s Bill Addison. In 2017, Emily was hired to run the pastry kitchen at the Musket Room. In 2021, she joined 70 Pine Street assuming the position of Pastry Sous Chef. She was then promoted to Executive Pastry Sous Chef overseeing Crown Shy, Saga and Overstory. A year later, she was promoted to Executive Pastry Chef.
