Born and raise in Columbus, Ohio. Came to Charlotte for Johnson & Wales Culinary School. After graduation, moved to NYC where I got the opportunity to work under Marc Forgione. Having chef Forgione as a mentor for 3+ years, i moved on to work at a 2 star Michelin restaurant Marea. Next step was to move back to Charlotte to make a name for myself, I’ve been with the Moffett group for 2 years being the Executive Chef of Stagioni
